Custom Orders
Most items sold from this store are made to custom order and are therefore not eligible for return. Exceptions may apply. Please contact us at focusengravingstudios@gmail.com to inquire about your specific order.

Any items returned without prior approval will not be refunded.

Returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted. 


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Exchanges

To get the item you want, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary with your bank or credit card company.
